I write novels that I think people can relate to!

I try to write with some humor, because let's be honest, life is funny. There is also reality that involves sadness. I'm not one of those "famous" authors who pumps out predictable story lines, my books are unpredictable.

BOY IN A BAND (Available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble)
Set in the seventies, in a time when sex, drugs, and rock and roll are abundant, Morgan falls hard for the leader of a rock band, Mathew.

This is not your typical, predictable, Cinderella story but still has the ability to pull at your heart.

CASANOVA COWBOY: Still in manuscript phase.
Morgan is a spirited young woman in her twenties who is trying to find her way in life. Her sometimes zany Mother is her best friend and confidant. The events that transpire in her struggle to understand herself, her relationships, and love, are often quirky and humorous.

GEM RATS: Still in manuscript phase.
Set in a highly competitive tourist town where everyone knows everyone else’s business a group of seven women, in their late forties, bond through their narcissistic personal trainer. These work out “gem rats” come from a variety of backgrounds, many affected by their high society attitude and money. Relationships and tenuous friendships form and are tested as life’s challenges present themselves to each of the women differently.

WORKS IN PROGRESS: A Horse Named Joe
At forty nine Roni Dugan thought she was living the dream with her high level financial advisor position at Lehman Brothers, that is of course until the financial meltdown of 2008. When the dust settled she was left without a job and little hope of replacing it. A year later, her ego in shambles, and her marriage on somewhat shaky ground, because of it, her husband encourages her to get away. Roni chooses a very small island in the Bahamas where she honeymooned twenty plus years ago. Surprisingly the island is very much the same although this time she is looking at it, and the goings on, from a different perspective.
